Thanks for the new things you have exposed in your post. One thing I would like to reply to is that FSBO connections are built as time passes. By releasing yourself to the owners the first weekend break their FSBO is announced, prior to the masses get started calling on Wednesday, you produce a good connection. By giving them resources, educational elements, free reports, and forms, you become the ally. By taking a personal fascination with them plus their predicament, you make a solid interconnection that, on most occasions, pays off in the event the owners decide to go with an agent they know in addition to trust – preferably you.

Just wondering if your avaliable to do a paying private Sunday arvo mini concert, on the day after the Sydney Con gig at Robertson, my brothers home two hours south of sydney. May be the Kirribill-6 can be the opening act?

I heard your concert in Armidale yesterday, and really enjoyed it. the way you enjoy your music, and those pieces you knew so well, the audience was able to enjoy it with you. Traveling around to find those great teachers all over the world, i think is inspirational.
